Returns and Exchanges
We offer a full 28 day return policy to any customer who is not satisfied with their order. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods back to the registered business address. Customers are responsible for paying postage on all returns and must provide us with a tracking number so that we can issue a full refund once the item shows as delivered on the system.
If their has been an error with our dispatch team please contract us ASAP and we will have it rectified and shipped again free of charge.
If you feel the item has been damaged in transit then please contact us and send pictures showing how so that we can dispatch a new order and process the claims with our courier service providers. t

If you have changed your mind about an order (or your wife has said no to a home gym) then please contact us asap so we can issue a refund before the items are dispatched.
If you wish to pre-order or be alerted when an item is back in stock than this can be done either by phone or email with our customer service agents.
